Meet our Speakers

Jason Styles, Director, PowerEarth

Jason has 20 years of professional experience in design and commissioning of earthing and protection systems associated with HV transmission and distribution substations, transport infrastructure, rail systems and water utility infrastructure.

He has key strengths in the design, testing and commissioning of transmission and distribution substation earthing, lightning protection systems, EPR/LFI studies and mitigation designs for water and gas pipelines. Jason’s background in construction enables him to provide valuable input to design constructability. He led the earthing and bonding team for the $3.7 billion North West Rail Link project.

Martin Horsman, Managing Director, Enotrac UK Ltd.

A visionary managing director and senior rail engineer with 30 years’ UK and international experience across all rail modes covering the full product life cycle. Martin boasts a proven record of success within operators, OEMs and consultancies. His strengths are in stakeholder management, programme delivery and driving high levels of organisational performance. With a focus on people and results, his key attributes are vision, creativity and drive.

Andreas Bleiker, Head of Rolling Stock Division & Member of the Board, Enotrac

A distinguished leader in the Rolling Stock Division and Member of the Enotrac Switzerland Board with profound experience in Rolling Stock and RAMSS. Beginning as an EMC and RAMS engineer in projects like the London Underground Metro, he later excelled as a lead engineer and project manager, specializing in comprehensive Rolling Stock modernization endeavours across Europe. At Enotrac, Andreas leads a team of over 20 engineers, covering a wide range of Rolling Stock projects from conception to engineering, testing, homologation, and maintenance. He is an internationally recognized expert and assessor for Rolling Stock and Signalling and represents Enotrac in the CENELEC technical committee TC9 (Electrical equipment and systems for Railways).
