Earthing Safety During Construction and Maintenance
Training for construction managers, site supervisors and maintenance teams on managing earthing-related safety risks during construction activities near energised infrastructure, maintenance of earthing systems and work on or near high voltage installations. Covers hazard identification, safe work procedures, permit requirements and the practical application of safety criteria from AS 2067 and ENA EG-0.
DC Traction Earthing Safety and Corrosion
Specialist training for rail operators, asset managers and design engineers on managing earthing safety and stray current corrosion risks in DC traction systems. Covers traction return current paths, stray current mechanisms, electrolysis risk assessment, cathodic protection coordination, touch voltage management at stations and crossings, and earthing and bonding management plan development.
Lightning Protection
Training in lightning protection system design and assessment, covering risk assessment methodology under AS/NZS 1768, air termination design, down conductor routing, earth termination requirements, surge protection coordination and maintenance inspection requirements.
Generator System Integration
Training in the design and integration of standby, emergency and prime power generation systems, covering generator sizing, earthing arrangements, protection coordination, automatic transfer switching and compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
